#WoW - Hollow Rocks
Hollow rocks provide significant benefits by improving core strength, stability, and posture, contributing to better running mechanics and reducing the risk of injury.
How to do it
Begin by lying down on a yoga mat
Engage your core by pulling your belly button toward your spine. Imagine creating a "hollow" space between your lower back and the ground.
Lift your legs straight in front of you, raising them off the ground Keep your legs straight with your feet pointed forward.
Lift your arms overhead, keeping them in line with your shoulders.
Now in the hollow position. Your body should form a slight curve or "C" shape, the key is to maintain this hollow shape throughout the movement, with your body creating tension from head to toe.
Try to move like a rock and keep the core engaged. Do the movement 8 to 10 times

#TipOfTheWeek - Shoe Wear Check
The old way of looking at the outsole of your running shoes to judge their lifespan doesn’t work anymore. Materials like Adidas' Continental Rubber or Puma Grip outsoles wear very slowly, and it's the midsole that you should watch now. The midsole, responsible for cushioning and support, tends to wear out invisibly and can significantly impact your comfort and performance. The modern midsoles use lightweight materials like Nike's ZoomX or Adidas' Lightstrike Pro may feel great but often have limited durability.
The worn-out midsoles demand more from the joints and tendons which can lead to injuries. Look for signs of creasing or compression in the midsole (especially near the arch) which indicates wear. Check out this X Thread to read more.
